House Bill 1365 is in the Energy & Utilities Subcommittee. We encourage you to write to three Representatives: Alan Williams, author of the bill; Representative Clay Ford, Chair and Representative Peter Nehr, Vice Chair of the Energy & Utilities Subcommittee. State your support for tax exemptions on energy-efficient lighting products of $1,500 or less for home or personal use during the four-day period beginning the first Thursday in October of each year.
